Shipping Rates for Singapore:
Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 300 and above
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes
- International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
- Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- All shipments are processed in our Kuala Lumpur facility to both east and west Malaysia.
- We offer free shipping across Peninsular Malaysia for all orders made to Aishitoto (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
- However, for Sabah and Sarawak, the rates may vary according to weight of shipment and destination.

- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact Aishitoto Malaysia at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For incorrect or defective items, case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to email@example.com
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on aishitoto.my
- We do not offer refund in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- All returns will be reviewed first by Aishitoto Malaysia and we reserve the right to perform remedies including: a refund to the iPay88, PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of their return).
- Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
